These terms apply when you use this website. I've kept them short and simple.

Using this website

This website is run by me, Peder B. Helland, and my company Soothing Relaxation AS. By using it, you accept these terms. Please don't try to disrupt the website, misuse its forms or collect its content automatically.

Music and content

The music, recordings, text and images here belong to me, Soothing Relaxation AS or their other owners. You're welcome to listen and browse for personal use. You may not copy, reupload or redistribute them, or use them to train AI models, without permission.

Using my music in your projects

My music is not royalty-free. The FAQ explains how it can be used in videos, and other uses need a license. Sending a license request doesn't give you a license, and I don't accept all requests.

Other websites

This website links to streaming services, stores and other sites. Their own terms apply there, and I'm not responsible for their content or for anything you buy from them.

No guarantees

I try to keep this website working and accurate, but it's provided as it is, and I can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, I'm not liable for losses from using it. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer law.

Changes and governing law

I may update these terms, and the date below shows the latest version. Norwegian law applies to these terms.
